R'S INTO THE QUARTER FINALS

The under 18's made it five wins on the spin on Saturday with a 2-0 victory over Luton Town in the Youth Association Cup first knock out stage.

A double from hot shot Antonio German was enough to see off Luton and advance the R's into the quarter final. The brace takes German to the top of the scoring charts with an impressive ten goals from only twelve starts this season.

The draw for the last eight has already been made and Rangers will an away trip to South East Conference strugglers Peterborough United. There's a bit of a wait for that one though, it's not due to be played until February next year.

Next week Steve Brown's boys are back in league action as they continue the defence of their league championship against Brentford at Harlington.
