YOUTH TEAM LOSE THIRD IN A ROW
Rangers under 18's slumped to
a third successive defeat on Saturday morning, going down 3-1
against Luton at Harlington.
Manager Joe Gallen made four
changes to the side that lost to Portsmouth two weeks ago.
Jonathan Munday and Alex Sethi returned to the back four after
injury and suspension respectively, Bruno Luz replaced Stefan
Bailey in midfield whilst Luke Townsend played his first game at
this level since the opening match of the season.
Rangers fell behind inside
two minutes but forced an equaliser after fifteen minutes when
Luton put through their own net under pressure. However the lads
couldn't keep it up, Luton went into the break 2-1 up and put
the game beyond doubt in the last minute to finish up 3-1
winners.
