RICKY THE HITMAN BEATS HATTERS

After a two week break the under 18's were back in action this past weekend and followed up the excellent win over Southend with a 2-0 victory at Luton.

Once again it was Ricky Sappleton who hogged the headlines, he scored both of Rangers goals bringing his total for the season to thirteen in sixteen starts and six in the last three games. The win means Joe Gallen's boys are now undefeated in the last four matches and have stretched their lead over third placed Rushden to five points.

Leaders Brighton slipped to a draw away to Southend which means Rangers are now seven points behind them with eight games to play.

Our next under 18's fixture is on Saturday 11th February when Brentford are the visitors to Harlington. Kick off for that one is 10:45am and we'll have a summary of the game online next Monday.
