The under 18's stuttery start to the season continued when we were beaten 4-2 by Gillingham in our first home game of the season. The game was also our first fixture played at the new Harlington training ground.

Gallen once again fielded a side featuring several lads from below the under 18 age bracket. In fact Karl Yelland, Jonathan Munday and Ray Jones were the only players in the side with any major experience at this level.

Rangers found themselves 2-0 down and will be disappointed to have lost the game 4-2 having fought back to level the score. Ricky Sappleton and Mutiu Lamidi got the goals and we also had one disallowed.

Our next youth team game is on Saturday 17th September against Northampton Town at Harlington. Kick off is 11am
