Fantasy Rangers Ten has been updated up to and including the
MK Dons replay. It’s been a busy few weeks that includes scores from eight
games but has Rebecca Fynn managed to stay on top into the New Year?
The answer to that question is yes she has! After scoring
345 points since the December update Rebecca holds onto top spot and now has a
lead of 25 points over her nearest rival.
That rival proves to be a new challenger as Steeley storms
up from eighteenth spot to second having picked up 423 points over these eight
matches. In the process he has forced Mikey Hoop down into third too. Mikey now
has 1138 points, seven less than our new man in second.
Paul Hoop also drops a spot he was third last time out but
is now fourth with 1135 points whilst Jawad Laouira, who was level on points
with Paul in December, slips off the pace a little into fifth 14 points further
back.
As for the players, it’s Jamie Mackie who has led the way
over this run of fixtures, his 74 points is the highest individual score in the
game and is 17 points more than the next best, Heidar Helguson, earned in the
same period.
Shaun Derry and Alejandro Faurlin both did well too picking
up their teams 47 points each and Faurlin remains the games overall high scorer
with 190 points, 20 ahead of Helguson.
The real life transfer window is now open of course which
leaves us to announce the Fantasy Rangers version of it too.
This year,
particularly bearing in mind how late some of our players were signed in
August, we’ve decided to open the FR transfer window just after the real one
closes. That way you’ll be able to pick from the full list of our new signings
in January (assuming there are some of course!) plus the best of our August
purchases are well.
We will confirm the exact dates and update the competition
again in the first couple of days of next month and you’ll have at least a week
to make your changes for the rest of the season so keep an eye on the site for that.
Thanks for playing and we’ll close as ever with the Fantasy
Rangers facts.
