All I keep reading is how up for it Brentford are.
Hard game this one but we should be able to rescue a point in this game. :tu

Nice gesture for legend Stan by Brentford and us
I'd take a draw all day long but they have a team full of goals and we don't

Well both the starting eleven and subs bench is attack-minded and presume will line up as:

Smithies
Perch Onuoha Lynch Bidwell
Luongo Goss
Mackie Freeman
Smith Washington

with Ingrams/Furlong/Manning/Lualua, Wzsolek, Ngbakoto/Sylla

30 minutes gone and apparently Brentford have more possession but Rs had the best chances! Washington missed a striker;s dream it seems....
and then...
⚽️ 31 mins: Goal. Brentford take the lead. Jota's left-wing corner falls for Yoann Barbet on the penalty spot, who smashes the ball past Smithies and into the roof of the net. [1-0]. Now we are seeing the Bees beating our defence often... :bumbed
another miss by Washington...
44 mins: Smith's header, following Freeman's left-wing cross, forces another fine save from Bentley, before Washington smashes the loose ball just over from eight yards! [1-0]

A Blackburn goal now and it will be squeeky bum time. singlespeed will need a lot of apologies from a lot of people if this carries on.

46m: Goss off/ Lualua on

56 mins: Controversy at Griffin Park. Washington's headed effort from an R's corner looked to have crossed the line, but nothing given! [1-0]

59 mins: Penalty to Brentford. Lynch penalised for a foul on Colin. Jota steps up ... [1-0] Scores 2-0
and then...
62m: Lynch rises to Freeman free kick to head the ball in the net! 2-1
but...
64 mins: ⚽️ Goal. Jota scores again to restore the hosts' two-goal lead. The Spaniard cuts in from the right before sliding the ball under Smithies and in. [3-1] Apparently contender for goal of the season!
66 mins: Second R's sub. Idrissa Sylla ON, Jamie Mackie OFF. [3-1] - makes sense
68 mins: Final QPR change. Yeni Ngbakoto ON, Conor Washington OFF. [3-1] - and Washington not delivered
Hoops are coming home, coming home!

It's going to go to the last day
If Blackburn win their next game
I can't see us getting another point this season
We weren't safe on 50 points and nobody told the players or Holloway that
We haven't won a game since we got 50 points

Yup - more shots on target than the Bees and we still lose 3-1! Our finishing is dire!!

Now 19th in the Championship :bumbed

Blackburn will let us off the hook. We may end up 21st but Blackburn don't score enough. Today against Wolves was their best chance for 3 points.

For us to go down now Blackburn have to win both games against Villa and Brentford. Won't happen.

Still a shambles. We should have been looking to build confidence for next season, instead we will be lucky if any of the squad have faith in the manager going into the summer.

If they do beat villa we need a favour from Brentford
Villa and Brentford not much to play for
I'd of never guessed a few weeks back Bristol city and Burton would be above us

Yes this is a really poor situation to be in. Surprisingly it seems that our performance today, despite the loss, was not just OK but good. Weird!
