QPR Match Prediction Competition 2016/17 – Match 36 Results

A quicker results update following tonights 2-1 win against Barnsley!

Varc, e17hoop, qprallan, QPRBex, surrey chad all went for the 2-1 win.

Nobody got Sylla as first scorer as everybody went for either Smith, Washington or Bradshaw and none of them started.

Only pamment8 and singlespeed got the early goal time and as the bonus match was 0-0 only single points were awarded to those who at least went for a draw.

The result of that is e17hoop is up to 2nd, a point above Ghost and they both close in on me as I have failed to score in the past 2 matches now. The lead at the top is down to 7 points. MCM Hoop is now 6 points off the medal places in 4th.

pamment8 was the best scorer this round with 7 points and is up from 8th to 6th. Rosco Bosco drops the other way from 6th to 9th and QpRsmith is also down 3 places from 7th to 10th. surrey chad has arrested his slide with a solid 6 points to pop back up from 10th to 8th. QPRBex's strong run is also continuing - now up to 7th.

At the bottom Varc and ashqpr trade places in 19th once again so now it is ashqpr in the wooden spoon spot. Both of them and those just ahead are scoring so consistently though that qprallan, singlespeed, CutePR and ranger-boy can all considering themselves part of the scrap to avoid 19th. In fact anybody in the bottom half will be nervous with 180 points still to play for!

Into the final 10 games we go

I had BTTS and QPR to win at 11/4 so was quite happy with their goal too. :-)

Thanks QPRBex, a couple more strong weeks and the medals won't be out of the question for you. Could go either way.
