QPR V CARDIFF 2-1 FT

Postby pamment8 » Thu Mar 02, 2017 6:40 am

On Saturday we herald the return of a QPR LEGEND JUNIOR HOILETT.
Am not talking about him but one of our greatest MANAGERS NW.
Let's hope he get the reception he deserves and goes home with no points.
The man love him or hate him done a fantastic job for this club.
And helped us yet again not so long ago. :tu

Agreed. NW did a fantastic job and deserves a proper welcome. I'm sure he'll get one too.
The legacy of Junior Hoillet was improved by his part in the goal at Wembley but that can't wipe out the years of under-performing. I bet he plays a blinder as he is bound to be motivated for this.

I think The Warlock will get a warm welcome from the Rs' supporters, and rightly so! On the team front the following was posted a few hours ago by ClubCall:

Midfielder Freeman was sent off during last weekend's 2-1 defeat at Preston and serves a one-match ban, while winger LuaLua has suffered an ankle injury. Defender Grant Hall (shin) and forward Conor Washington (calf) were absent at Deepdale and will be assessed. Midfielder Jordan Cousins is set to miss out again with a thigh injury.

So I am guessing a midfield of Wzsolek Manning Perch Ngbakoto (so hope Bidwell is prepared)
with an attack of Smith and Sylla?

This will be only my second visit of the season, and I just hope it is not like Burton was! :wink

It's going to be awkward for Neil warnock as he knows we're near the relegation zone
And his team are bang on form at the moment,Were not exactly unbeatable at home are we
I'll give warnock a clap when he waves at us,but it's a game that we need to win
We are unpredictable so you never know what's going to happen

They have more confidence than us and Warnock will want to win against his former club. He will want to stick 2 fingers up at Les as if to say 'look at what you could have had' as you can tell Warnock thought he was getting the job when they appointed JFH.

Plus at the moment we seem to take 1 step forward followed by 2 steps back.

Overall though I think at home we have enough to make it touch for Cardiff and I fancy a draw.

I wish I had your confidence for this game, I think we are short a few players and still a bit nervy. Gone for a loss in the prediction league. The loss of freeman and LuaLua will hurt us going forward and Perch is very low on confidence at the moment.

Still, I will be at the game hoping with all hope we get all 3 points. Come on you R's!!!

Should at least be a good match to attend for you with the 66/67 tributes and it will be odd seeing us play in all white at home!

Plus you'll get to bag a free Kick Up The R's on offer tomorrow.

3 points a bonus!

He was invited but unable to attend. They invited the whole squad who are still alive. He lives in America don't forget.
